First of all their support link is dead. There is no way to file a support ticket. Second, I cannot access the whois history service that I paid for. I paid for the silver membership which grants you 10 credits. Whois history costs 7 credits but when I try to view whois history it tells me that I do not have enough credits.

I usually have never had an issue but unfortunately this is poor customer service. Units last for 30 days but I do not wish to pay for days where I cannot access the service.

Maybe they are doing some upgrades or partial maintenance. I planed on opening a silver account today, but now I'll wait. Keep us updated....

We were alerted to an issue with our Support Service over the New Year Holiday and we are sorry for those who were not able to submit issues to us at that time. Unfortunately no staff was available during that time however the situation was resolved Friday January 1, 2010. You should be able to resume all support requests at the following:

https://support.domaintools.com/?loginresult=2&group=default

Again we are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
