Are there any Registerfly reps on here??
Here is my problem: Registerfly.com does not want to part with my money!!
One 6/09/2005, after having sold a domain on their website for $200 (approx), they got their 25%, leaving me $150.. so needing the money... I regged a few domains, and asked for check for $115.00.
Now www.Registerfly.com has 24/7 customer service. I have tried a "support ticket", also their 24 hour customer service phone line (they told me I need to make out a support ticket, of course..).. and also emailed them requesting what I want.
Today is 6/15/2005. There has been no response what so ever. Nothing letting me know that anything has been done. If I look up the support ticket, it shows mt request has been "assigned". Well, to me, "assigned" doesn't mean anything is being done.... probably sitting on someone's desk who happens to be on vacation!!
I have over 300 domains at Registerfly.com, I would think I deserve better service than this. Am I wrong?? Can't we expect faster service from someone who advertises 24/7 customer service??
You opinions please.. tell me I'm right... or being a jerk!!
