Hello everyone,

I've been using a domain drop-catching service named CatchService.com for about six months and would like to share with you my experience using it.

Regarding the service itself, I think it was fine, I've had some success catching some good looking .com domains, Pricing was also reasonable.

All the past months were fine and whenever i face any sort of issue i reach out to the owner privately as he's a respected member of this amazing community. ( @Riz M. ) Until today, He managed to catch two domains for me and during checkout i learned that PayPal is no more an option to pay so i reached out and asked about that matter.

He confirmed that PayPal is no more an option and he only have two other options which I'm not so comfortable with, So i said fine, I will think it over and let him know where I'm at.

Surprisingly he was like, Think it over? Are you going to do board meeting for $36? ( Price of the current orders ) Which I'm not quite getting this line, Are you saying like you've reached a certain level of success that $36 is no longer a number for you? And the whole thing was about the payment method for the current orders and any potential future orders so i don't even understand why you said this. He followed up with : Anyways I'm just cancelling your orders and please do not place anymore orders. Before even i respond he went ahead and deleted my account from the site.

Poor move sir and so unprofessional. Nothing personal and I'm taking this public because you're a business, And this is my feedback for it.

Oh, You said you weren't sure if i was going to pay for any potential catches and that's why you closed my account? ( Although i still don't believe you because you didn't mention that in your reaction with me. You just said it on this thread. ) But they too weren't sure if i was going to pay, And for my case with them I've already won that domain for over $350. They didn't close my account within one second. You can clearly see what they did and how they handled it, They probably could do more if needed.

For you we had nothing on the table yet just the two orders with a total of $36. And some other fresh requests. I never said I'm not able to pay you, It was not a big deal and we could easily get out of it WIN-WIN as i said and keep saying. But you've chosen to show some disrespect and close my account.



Well I'm not trying anything, I just wanted to share my feedback and i did.

This thread could be a plus to you and your business if you've handled the situation the right way, But you decided to go the other way starting with me privately, And kept moving forward here.

my all users already mentioned how much they are happy with us :)
so dont give up... keep doing it.. you can get success if you will keep doing it this way.. try more harder now :xf.laugh::xf.laugh:

You still don't get it. Somehow, you are confusing a vegetable market with namepros, you think that if you are successful selling potatoes, than you must be a king in domaining( life will teach you a lesson). The guys buying potatoes don't care about google search, but domainers and end users do, it's already number 1 on google if you search for catchservice.com review. Just go ahead and kill rooted as well, so you can go back to potatoes and stuff.
where have you been?? do something to blow catchservice.. you are not trying harder.
you have to do dance with @Fadi H else target will be not achieved dude.. catchservice is still on and working ... try more harder

Stay chill, nobody care's about my opinion or others, what's important here are your replies, they are the bread and butter. Also, I will be around for some time and I will make sure to link this thread to any thread regarding rooted.com and catchservice.com, so that everybody can remember who is handling their financial data and how you provide customer service excellence.

So, you think that using .xyz or 2.50 will affect me or saying something about me? Anybody who wants to know, can check my history here. I was selling domains when you were selling potatoes and shoes from Vietnam and I will do it long time after you will quit this industry.

@AbdulBasit.com and above all these all users have nothing to do with catchservice so now check level of frustration
