Hello everyone,

I've been using a domain drop-catching service named CatchService.com for about six months and would like to share with you my experience using it.

Regarding the service itself, I think it was fine, I've had some success catching some good looking .com domains, Pricing was also reasonable.

All the past months were fine and whenever i face any sort of issue i reach out to the owner privately as he's a respected member of this amazing community. ( @Riz M. ) Until today, He managed to catch two domains for me and during checkout i learned that PayPal is no more an option to pay so i reached out and asked about that matter.

He confirmed that PayPal is no more an option and he only have two other options which I'm not so comfortable with, So i said fine, I will think it over and let him know where I'm at.

Surprisingly he was like, Think it over? Are you going to do board meeting for $36? ( Price of the current orders ) Which I'm not quite getting this line, Are you saying like you've reached a certain level of success that $36 is no longer a number for you? And the whole thing was about the payment method for the current orders and any potential future orders so i don't even understand why you said this. He followed up with : Anyways I'm just cancelling your orders and please do not place anymore orders. Before even i respond he went ahead and deleted my account from the site.

Poor move sir and so unprofessional. Nothing personal and I'm taking this public because you're a business, And this is my feedback for it.

All right so you want my opinion.

As a previous customer of your business I had an issue with you considering you are the owner of the business and i explained it in detail. What i can see now is that you're not willing to accept your mistake, You didn't try to work in addressing the issue, You're not accepting feedback from others. And you keep showing that your attitude and professionalism are two different things that don't go together.

By the way i see you and some folks here still considering the thing you've done as normal. I will share another experience with DropCatch so you might be interested to see how other businesses handle issues.

All right so you want my opinion.

YES. All of those services would have closed ALL of your outstanding orders in those circumstances and so would I if It were my business with that circumstance.

I will do that before they catch anything and after and I will show you the screen shot how they handled it.

After i learned it was my payment method issue, I alerted them, Simply they offered more time for me to handle the situation.

I dont know if thats even a good idea to respond to a thread like this, its like going back in time to witness @Cyril.Best 's posts and attitude.
@Riz M. Let me be clear that I have never interacted with you ever, personally or professionaly and I have no ulterior motives against you and I do admire you as a domainer. What I am about to write is just a peace of Advice, you are free to ignore it.
Every business on earth faces atleast a dispute in their lifetime and there are professional ways to handle them. If you professionally resolve a dispute, it never becomes public and no one knows about it ever. Even if it gets public, one can still resolve it publicly and there will be a lot of people become admires of the way situation was dealt with.
But if one escalates the dispute, it just turns ugly and that too in public which hurts the PR of the brand, both business and personal. You might not realise it just yet that how critical it is for a business to have a good PR in the long run. This forum ranks higher in the Google and its not good looking to have these types of threads about your brand getting indexed to it.

thanks for great advise. but i tried to close this matter from beginning but some blacksheeps jumped and started dance when they had nothing to do with this thread.. they are still dancing leading dancers are @boker @LUP .. they bring one more dancing partner @Haris but i think his stamina was weak lolz

so i had no way to respond in this way.
so let them keep saying whatever they want .. they have enough time to do it :)

The guys buying potatoes don't care about google search, but domainers and end users do, it's already number 1 on google if you search for catchservice.com review. Just go ahead and kill rooted as well, so you can go back to potatoes and stuff.

since when u r my customer? lol you never used catchservice and calling yourself customer?you came in this thread to let down catchservice and now all your support is gone so now you are threatning you will post this everywhere lol
