Hey!
i was browsing pool.com at their domain market and checked the dutch auction list,and i found the doamin chq.biz for only $8..great name i want that for only $8 i think :hehe: ..purchased it and got congratulation email from pool and everything seemed ok..namesout.com was the registrar they say but i never got an email how to maintain the domain on namescout so i emailed support asking how i can login and change nameservers etc,got email back they were gonna look at it and get back to me..and i waited for response for more then 2 months before i get tired and emailed them back again asking whats going on!after 3 days i get this email from support:
i dont think paying me back my $8 is nice after almost 3 months of waiting :td:

We apologize for the delay in providing this response.
Upon accessing your purchase of chq.biz I immediately noticed a problem,
and upon further investigation it appears that domain was not supposed to
listed for sale on our domain marketplace because it was never actually
available for sale. Unfortunately this means we cannot actually provide you
with the domain and as a result I have already escalated this to our
accounting department to cancel the order and request a refund but please
understand that a refund can only be authorized by our accounting manager
so I will have to follow up with you after I receive their response .
We do apologize for any inconvenience that has resulted from this issue. I
will contact you again after I receive a response from our accounting
department.
