Poll.com credit card process

Anyone know the procedure at Pool.com if they manage to get a name but the credit card does not go thru?

Once they are given a new credit card number why is it they do not attempt to recharge it? Their email said they do so but they actually have not done it from what I can tell.

Why is it they do not reply to emails about this sent in reply to their email about the bad credit card number? Will they eventually respond? Will they give the name to someone else and when?

It's happened to me a few times. Nothing to worry about. Once you put in the credit card number, they'll attempt to charge it the next day. It's not instant when you put in the card.

They seem to give you every opportunity to pay for the name though, more than the 24 hours the initial letter lets on.
