I'm nuts and will STILL SELL at $40,000 no later than February 28. That's because March 1st brings the Asian Poker Classic to India, becoming the first $1 million poker tournament in India, and so will likely begin a poker boom there...at that point, I honestly don't know what my price will go up to. You can beat the boom however with just $40,000. Heck, someone at DomainFest offered me $25,000, semi-serious because he would definitely buy it at that if available, but semi-jokingly because he knows he won't get it for that low. 
The clock is a tickin'. My motivation to move this name may run out once the type-in traffic starts rushing in starting March. Get it for less than the cost of a house while you can!
