I may have exaggerated my appraisal some what but I really don't think this a low £xxx domain. More $x,xxx at least.

my reasoning is simple:

east/south/north/west london.co.uk all parked & for sale

southlondon.com is a dead blog
northlondon.com is a dead webdesign agency
westlondon.com is a sort of biz association, not much

the name is not suitable for local business as it does not include any product/service keyword. "east london" what?

it's com, not co.uk - huge minus.. and .uk is arriving soon

good fit for biz directory/chamber/association - but they don't tend to pay huge amounts, they love .co.uk, .org.uk, .org and puzzling acronyms..

search volume 18,100 global / 8,100 UK Low competition with $1.5 CPC

Promotion -> Best Service -> Best Earnings

Domain is a catchy name for geo location east London.

I feel, domain best suits to east London business portal. Next, can promote for individual ventures/businesses like:

Apartments.eastLondon.com
Classifieds.eastLondon.com
Investments.eastLondon.com

And much more.

Am not much having business skill, even am trying to expose something. The best businessmen can workout a good project with the domain.
