Good start, i definitely like the image on the frontpage, it gets across what your site stands for. Unfortunately, as you said yourself, you haven't done any customization - get on that, and deliver some personal touch, something that makes up the unique feel and look of our site.
Since you're working with a well established framework of phpizabi, it shouldn't really be too much of a problem.

There isn't much of a reason for even submitting this site for review as you didn't even design it. The only thing I can suggest is put a silhouette of Pakistan in the logo.

Well i have put the site here so that you people could tell me what kinda cuztomization would make this a nice site , i can do all sorts of graphics
