• Remove the pop-up facebook like button. Why would I like your site when I don't even know what its about? Plus you have facebook like in the sidebar already.

Perhaps you could remove the Facebook Like pop-up and use higher resolution pictures for those which appear in the scroller on the main page.

If I were you, I will consider of switching to VPS hosting.
