Is very basic, no colors no nothin doesn't look appealing at all.
The content is great though, but i think you're fetching it from RSS Feeds?
i think you might try adding some colors/graphics to this site?

I would like to say that this script itself is going to give loads of problems as it is 100% hackable and has been hacked a few times on my friends server. It has hidden codes in it. So beware of that.

Now for the http://www.dailydialogues.com/
I think putting up less content will do but just don't go for loads of copy content. It looks like a auto site to me. This will get you nothing but troubles in search engines section.
