Domain: not bad. hard to find good "domain" domains because domainers hoard them.

Site Layout:
okay, not immediately obvious that you type into the white bar because it does not look like a normal text field and there is no label

Advertisements:
might be better just to have one "Register Now" button?
though if you're targeting domainers, it's good to provide options. except that most domainers do not think 1and1 or bluehost are registrars worth considering.

Speed:
was a bit clunky for me.

Others
- I don't like the bright green "available!"
- Also recommend that that exclamation mark is the same color as the text
- I don't like the pink background for "taken"
- once again recommend that the exclamation mark is that same color as the text

Apart from the points above, IMHO you have a good, clean, clear, uncluttered layout
