What is your idea about my websites ?

I like the design of the first site and the second one (Web Talk Center), especially the second - it's clear and simple What concerns other sites - they seem unfinished, on the site Pars Seo you should change the color of the background - white is not good here, to my mind.

The pages need work.
Parsseo are the two sidebars are necessary? they make the page cluttered also the page is very wide when I change the resolution the sidebars move over the left side. (i guess you're going for the same height on the home page ) you can de-clutter the page by for example do it by hiding the login form like on the twitter page. and moving the navigation to the menu bar.

I see two home buttons - why? The bluish bar between the menu and the header whats is purpose?
The headers on the bottom are hard to read - change the font color and size.

The ads really stand out in a way thats good but I myself hate when they 'burning' my eyes like that and most of the time I close such pages (but that could be just me).

The forum looks clean and nice.

In the blog theres a image in the header missing.

As far as the news agency goes it's really hard to focus, find a starting point, I would work on the right sidebar, i like the ads placement and how the go with the page. The footer and header are falling apart for me (chromium).

also I don't check for validation in your pages thats for you to do.
