I think its difficult to sell. There are not much investment networks in Spain these days. Once more, the fact that all other extensions are still avalaible, shows the level of interest. Otherwise, it is a uncommon expresion to define invest networks.

Well this domain is still available to register in most Spanish-speaking countries' ccTlds, so I don't think it's a very popular phrase. Maybe one of the registered ccTlds would like the com, though. I think it would be hard to find an interested enduser, but if you could low xxx-mid xxx would be my guess.
