I'm deciding whether to develop the site or to sell the domain off at the right price. Am I right to assume that the domain does have some potential either way?

Any advice would be extremely helpful.

I think it has some potential, if developed.Could be nice little site if you get good seo.
As for appraisal just on name could be low xx mid xx if someone really wants it.

Best to develop this and take it from there.
