OK so last ones for now.... deciding whether to hold these and develop or seek a buyer.

Seems shopmodern would fit into the modern design trend that is hot right now either for a 1stDibs type website or a company selling modern furniture. Designbuys could be a more design oriented overstock.com or a site like onekingslane where everything is discounted.

Ideas on value of the domain without a site attached?

Considering no site is attached and looking at the searches for both terms, my opinions are:

shopmodern.com - mid to high $xx
designbuys.com - low $xx
