Sorry to say but none of the info you gave strikes me as impressive in valuation aside from the incoming Yahoo links. Does this get traffic? Domain alone, I couldn't see this selling for anything higher than $50 unless it gets traffic.

Between 500 - 1500 Dollar developed I suppose and its good to have a hyphen between both words.

I respect your input but what factors are you looking at in your valuation?

Between 500 - 1500 Dollar developed I suppose and its good to have a hyphen between both words.

G Adwords key word tool shows me 2.240.000 search results for phuket but only 1.220.000 for pattay and for "amazing"
5.000.000. So I donยดt know why its reg fee for you. Phuket is trend and because there is a hyphen between the words its nearly perfect and I would not hestitate to buy it.
Good name !

It is debateable but most ppl hate hyphens and would rather shoot themselves in the head than develop a site with a hyphenated domain. Furthermore, hyphens hurt value drastically. "Amazing" is an adjective with far too many synomyms and is totally replaceable. This domain is reg fee to just about anyone who undertstands valuation. But if it has a load of backlinks, that would easily change the value. Again, OP, what kind of traffic does it receive? If it gets 100 UV a month or less, I'd have to say this domain is reg fee.

I agree, I think the domain is worth $0 unless developed, and even then, I dont think it will amount to anything with the hyphen

Happyday, you seem to think hyphens are good for domains, if you read around the threads for a while, you will see that hyphens and numbers are the 2 worst things to have in a domain.

Good luck with the name arzulga

How do you pronounce phuket ,and I love the hyphen I know it cuts value but in the proper place it is ok.
www.Money-Tools.net fits nice

Nonetheless people are expressing their opinions and we all think different.Googe is worth billions, why cant phuket-whatever it was be the same

An underscore is worse than a hyphen or a number i.e. amazing_phuket.com. The problem with the domain is that "amazing phuket" gets only a monthly exact GKT volume of 12. Not enough to have any sort of web site traffic. "Amazing thailand" has enough to build a small PPC web site on - 2,900 per month. A small revenue.

Incidentally, there is SEO literature that states that it is best to own both the hyphen and the straight i.e. amazing-phuket and amazingphuket. There are SEO people who believe the site should be the non-hyphened one but the hyphened one should point to the same place as search engines have a better recognition of hyphened names in proportion to the number of words. I don't know if this is true. But if you found a five word highly searched term, they believe that hypenating the words and pointing them to the same place as the non-hyphenated domain is the optimal solution.

Valid arguement but ya see, Google is a commonly used site (and had been used in many movies like "National Treasure 2") and the domain is short, easy to remember and type. This "amazing" domain has nothing on Google :) It never will & would never have the chance to compare.

As seo I know when its better to use hyphens believe me. :hehe:
I agree numbers in doman names are normally bad but there are some exceptions.

arzulga I wish you good luck with your sale !

Very true.
I can't recall ever seeing an underscore domain although I know it's a legal character.

no underscores up here in canada eh.letters, numbers or hyphen, can you reg .com with underscore.

I was kidding about comparing to google,
as for numbers I own www.6t5.ca like how they are close together on the keyboard.
I also see amazing-phuket.ca is available but am not rushing to the bank.
