Please assist! Massive end user deal

I am on the verge of completing a massive end user deal for a short domain - getting 58 times what I paid for it.

I have cash in Escrow OK but I am not trying to PUSH the domain to the new buyer through EuropeDomainsLLC. I have sent faxes and emails that are required for the change of ownership, signature etc. But they are taking ages...Is there anyone who can help me find a valid telephone number for these guys? If this takes too long, I am going to lose the deal.

If someone can help, I can return the favour (PM for details).

Fed.

I always see a pick-up of sales near end-of-year. I have seen this trend the past 3 years. I can do so crappy mid-year for maybe...6-8 months...then around Sept, Oct I get offers then slowdown after January. I wonder how much if this is tax related to help spend extra capital before it gets taxed.

I see the same thing and november & december have been my strongest months for a few years now, this year was the first year where although ppc was down at certain companies end user offers were higher than normal all year, think some of the domain sales publicity has brought some more end user and speculator buyers into the market.

They should sticky a "Report All Federer Sales Here" thread. It gets more updates than the regular sales report thread anyways. :D

Thanks...

Another small one finalised, but I guess they all count: BestofTeams.com (ex-sports Forum in France).

Brought for $59, sold for $410.

It certainly is...

NEW SALE

Another one of my domains has just been sold (an hour ago).
I brought this domain for $89 not even 2 weeks ago.

Just sold for $1,100 !

Will post details (domain name) very soon.

I seem to be defying the current trend in the market and making a killing at the same time.

For those readers witnessing this streak of sales, please do not get the wrong idea. I am not the type of proud and arrogant person who shows off his sales. On the contrary, I am one of the newest domainers on the block and still have an awful lot to learn. I sincerely hope my posts are inspirational for domainers and good for the industry in these fragile times.

Congrats on the sales.... Do you recommend adding domains as Featured Listings on Sedo or not? Currently wondering if it's worth the $56/domain

I am starting to get scared.... another finalised sale (little end user sale):

JumpGames.com

Sold for $1,700 - I marketed this domain to the Indians (jumpgames.co.in) and they took a little bite with their small budget.

Following this Mass of sales and the tons of PM's I have been getting over the last few weeks from domainers asking for tips, 'end user letter' help and broker requests, I have decided to construct and send out (on a 2 or 3 times a week basis) an electronic newsletter to domain investors in the 4 corners of the globe. I have made more contact with domainers in the last 2 weeks than I had made in the last 2 years. If you would be interested in listing your very best domains that you would love to sell quickly for the right price, just shoot me an email and we'll see what we can do.

My goal is for this newsletter to bear exactly the same fruits of all these sales so that my fellow contacts/friends/investors/domainers can also enjoy some nice sales before we see the light of 2009.

Brokerage fee for all domains is 9%. PM if interested. If you feel somebody else should included in this newsletter (domain investor, friend etc.), let me know and I'll make sure (s)he gets one.

Just FYI, people use Rick Latona's newsletter and DNCartoons because they have deep pocketed domainers on the mailing list that don't cruise the forums on a regular basis.

Thanks for your feedback, DR.

Between them, they probably get over 1,000 requests per day if it's not much more.

After the cut, the final list is usually between 15-20 quality domains. For those wanting to put their ripe fruit in numerous baskets, my newsletter will just be that extra non-exclusive basket. I now also have some great contacts, some of which just do not necessarily count the dollars before taking out their wallet.

Thanks for all the email and messages guys. I am doing my best to keep up with all your requests. Don't forget to post BIN prices.

Appreciate that you're trying to give back to the domaining community, Federer. Well done!

All the $$$ seems to be going to Switzerland.
No wonder there's always this talk about Swiss bank accounts!

Federer, if I'm not mistaken you are using brokerages for your own domains. I've seen your domains on multiple newsletters and on NP and DNF forums, where you were requesting brokers yourself.

That's right. Before my domain sales streak, I always believed that added quality exposure with brokers' lists (same price at all venues) can only be beneficial for the future sale of a domain.

And I stil do.
