The keyword "Software Design" is taken in many other extensions and in my opinion it is worth some good money considering the potential of these keywords.

But I would like some help on how much I should ask for this domain.

Hyphenated names are worthless but software-design.com is certainly an exception.

It should sell in the range of $x,xxx imo.
