I don't see that much value to be honest. A quick keyword tool search shows very little exact searches for the term, added to the fact it is a .Net

The best way to make some cash from this is to build a site on the domain.

As just the domain I would appraise this at low xx with a site built on it you could make xx every month. Hope this helps.
