domain Please Appraise: I just got an interested customer

Hello,
I received an email from a consulting company interested in my domain SpaceQuizes.com

The domain was created geared towards the keyword "Myspace Quiz" and "Myspace Quizes"

"Myspace Quiz" has an OVT of 38,396..plus other myspace quiz related keywords have a number of searches.

I am not interested in developing this domain, but I did purchase it with the intent to sell and make money off of, so Im curious..what is a fair price for this domain for both me and the buyer?

Giving green rep for your input on this one everyone!

Also would appriciate a rough appraisal on these:

SpaceArcades.com
SpaceSurveys.com (Myspace Survey has an OVT of 96,518)

Our company develops client-server systems in Delphi and MS SQL Server. We work as contractors of a big corporation. So domain names for us is just a part of investing.

Just in case it isn't, here goes I think in terms of value I would say maybe on a good day regfee-$50 reseller. Somebody wants it? ask what they are willing to pay. It all depends on the financial power of the company, and are they really attached to the idea that the name of their project has to be your domain name. It all depends on how far forward have they gone in the product development process. I don't see offers for this coming around a lot so take it if you can get an ok amount.

it is a scam, just ignore it

Yes, it's an appraisal scam and they seem to send their emails randomly fishing the whois database, as the names they inquire about usually are not valuable.

My system valuates spacequizes.com at $30

the word is quizzes... so your domain is spelled wrong anyway. I wouldn't expect much for it. And yes, the email is a scam.

SCAM !!! Absolutely... This issue was posted on the v7n.com forum..

Here is how this scam works...

1) You recieve an email from the the scammers showing interest in your domain.
2) You respond to the email in hopes this is a legit offer
3) The scammers reply with something like this:

Before we buy this domain we would like to get a serious appraisal. From past experience we found that companies like afternic and sedo's appraisals are unreliable. Before we purchase this domain we would like you to get this domain appraised from a professional who we trust. Please use John Does appraisal at johndoeappraisal.com

4) Gullible people believe that they may have a serious buyer for their domain and pay for john doe's appraisal.

5) You pay and get a fake appraisal from the same scammers. Then the initial offer never goes through.

6) Scammers run off with the fake appraiser fee.
