I can't find remnants of previous development. Not a good sign. That means that in its 17-year history this domain name didn't find an end user at least once.
Finally I found just 10 reported sales for the string 'insurer', which is not a lot:

On the other hand, there are a lot more sales for the string 'insurance'. Pretty logical.
Now to cut to the chase: if there is one reported sale per year on average for your keyword, then the odds of a sale look remote. Good luck anyway, and don't fall in love with your domains.
