Here's one that I have that is completely outside my niche. I have never tried to monetize a law type of domain.

It has modest search volume with an avg CPC that exceeds $100 (Adwords)

Arizona law had forbid attorney's from using the .org extension up until a few months ago.

Looking for any feedback from others that may have more experience with these types of domains.

to a knowledgeable person 0 . You might find an enduser willing to pay a few hundred though. Spend alot on postage however. might be worth something if phoenixduiattorney

These types of domains can be great if you can find the right end user. I live in fairly large city and I have gone through a list of many different types of domains with the city name in it. I have actually contacted many people in my area with these names and have been able to make some good money. I have't gotten into the dui attorney niche but I suggest before you make an attempt to flip it on a site, give it a try in the actual market of phoenix and see what you can get. These kinds of domains are hard to find the right buyer but if you do id say you could get mid $xxx range.

These types seem to sell well in the low $xxx to both domainers and end users They are also pretty common for mini sites. I have not seen the .org too often though. Best of luck with this one if you develop it. The legal jargon would be enough to put me to sleep.
