EDIT : @ben Will not even consider resellers, this is enduser targeted all the way and ofc these would be car salesmen and everything related to selling cars. Also, my big question, can it reach xx,xxx?

Your best bet would be to approach end users (Car Salesmen), there seem to be used car shops on every corner around here at least. Perhaps a used car salesmen would like his email to be [email protected]. It would give them a little more viability and sounds better than NedsUsedCarSales.com.
