AdWords daily cost estimates are, in my experience, a better selling point for end users than CPC rates (which are a selling point for domainers, sort of.) For a decent exact match .com you can generally get 2-3 months' worth of AdWords expenses, if you pitch an existing advertiser who also has a domain portfolio (easily determined via WHOIS research.)

Taking that into consideration and adding that data to your domains:

Daily cost estimate $0.41 or a little over $12.00 a month

Not in the db I use, but the much more heavily searched "compact fridge" is only $1.20 a day or $36 a month ... so consider chestfridge.com a lesser domain to compactfridge.com

1000/ $ 0.53

$0.97 daily cost or around $28 a month

RESTAURANT MICROWAVE (dot) COM
73/ $ 2.57

$3.23 daily cost or a bit over $100/month

DISABLED CHAIRS (dot) COM

Negligible daily cost, not even worth calculating.

$56 daily cost, but irrelevant as it's a .org

CAR FINANCE BROKER (dot) COM

$0.27 daily cost, or around $8/month

BEST BUSINESS CHECKING (dot) COM

$12.72 daily cost, or close to $400/month

That last one is clearly the one you should be pushing to end users. Huge number of advertisers, high CPC and high ad costs = a market for an exact match domain. I would not take under $1,000 for this domain; you could develop a decent small site on it for a few hundred dollars, monetise it via AdSense and product affiliates, and make at least that much revenue per year off of it.

For the rare domain that is an exact keyword with a consistent high cost on AdWords, the advertisers are always a warm market imo. They are spending money on that very term already, often month in and out, and the idea of having the opportunity to get in the first page or couple of pages of that term for a one-time fee is usually very appealing to them.

If you can find advertisers who own other kw domains, all the better; DomainTools' premium service is good for that, but a so-simple-it's-ghetto way of looking is to do a whois search on the advertiser's domain, then enter the street address into a Google search phrased: "street address" inurl:whois which will generally produce several examples (assuming that they own any.) In addition to giving you an idea of what domains they own, you can click through and see what they're doing with the domains, which enables you to tailor your pitch to better establish the value of the domain you're selling.
