When it's not used as a domain hack, .al is just the TLD for Albania. Here you have keyword + abbreviation of same keyword. The only thing missing is an obvious end user. Good luck

This domain is unpredictable, why? because keyword domains with country extensions behave like that, so any appraisal you get will not be even near the real value of the domain. Your best shot is research how have sold the same word in other cTLDs so you can figure it out.

It is not a game, have a look at silver.ag
IMO I'd consider registering Chromium.cr, because Chromium is a very expensive metal, but .cr TLD has restrictions and also .cr domains are not allowed to be sold.
I understand your point of view, but for 13 eur is nothing to worry about.

Internet usage 54.66%. That's something.

You have limited market for the domains.
However I have found out dozens of Aluminium companies in Albania. You might be lucky if you could reach them.

Actually there are, but the .al is not chosen randomly or to cover the albanian market (which can easily do) but it is related with the keyword. This domain can be considered as domain hack. Some people may like it some may not. It depends on what your usual life is related with, I, as a pharmacist, find this domain attractive.
When I first told about this domain to some of my friends (they have nothing to do with domaining) they all told me the domain is very nice. I guess end users who have to do with aluminium every moment will find this domain attractive too.
I wouldn't agree more, this domain is hard to appraise, that's why I started this thread, to have some ideas.
