Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL) is an operating subsidiary of EGA..

I suppose he was observing this when he registered his domain.

"dubal.com" redirects to a main site ega.ae
So, EGA dont even have a .com extension and they would eventually be interested only in ega.com or ega + some other extension, in my opinion.

He can always do an outbound and see what happens, but I think the chances are really small.
Also, aluminium market in that particular area (Dubai) is not competitive so Im afraid that DUBAL is the only end user.
