domain Please appraise 9 year old PR1 domain with good traffic

I have a 9 year old, page rank 1 domain which is getting around 800 visits/day. I actually got it very cheap and did not expect this type of traffic.

Can you give me some ideas on possible value? I know the domain is a bit long, but does the age and traffic give it good value?

I agree, traffic seems to be fake.

However if i would think the op is in good faith, i would analyze traffic sources (i.e. with google analytics) and just in case he would sell the domain, just guaranteeing analytics access to the potential buyers (it's possible), so everyone can understand the traffic sources.

PR1 for a developed 9 years old domain is a very poor result.

The reason for no alexa rank I think is due to no site being up for around 2 years on the domain. There was a full shopfront before that (which is where I think the traffic still comes from). I have put up a blog/affiliate shop recently after seeing the traffic coming in. So I am sure the alexa rank will come soon now that there is a site running (the current site I put up is somewhat temporary, just to provide content for the time being). Only bought the domain 2 weeks ago and put the site up. I will be designing a full shopfront over time for the site, using Amazon affiliate products

The traffic is real, as I can see it in AWstats from my server cPanel.

Any appraisals considering these facts and that the traffic is real here?

Might be a bit difficult to convince the registrar to grace delete a 9 year old domain :lol:
