domain Appraise - 16 year old domain ALLCON.NET

Hi guys,

I have a 16 year old domain name I would like appraising. I have only just aquired the name and considering whether to sell on or to keep and develop which of course will give it more value.

I am just wondering what you guys think its worth at this moment in time before development

Personally, I'm a big fan of aged domains and have had quite a bit of success selling them. Additionally, the name "AllCon" is gone in all major extensions and really relates to a few companies that either used hyphenated domains and/or are related to conventions.

Developing the domain into a convention directory could be pretty great, in my opinion, but depending on what you paid, you could get low-mid $xxx from other resellers methinks.

Im also a fan of aged domains, the older the better as for the domain its self not sure about development but cmason's idea sounded nice. Idd also agree with this valuation at Low - Mid $xxx depending on who you sold it to. On here to a re seller you may reach low $xxx

Thanks guys really appreciate your feedback. I am in no rush to sell the domain, just testing the market really at the moment. I am more interested in developing the domain, but not sure if i have time at the moment. It will be interesting to see how quickly it ranks in the search engines once I have done a bit of SEO though.

I think dev is definitely the best way to go on this one! It should fly up the SERPS! I'll have to make a note and follow the progress of this domain.
