why do you offer him to sell it? imo selling such a clear tm name to some newbie who doesnt know about tm issues is just bad karma

Actually the reason selling a TM name is bad advice is because if the person who you sell it to gets sued, they can come back and sue you for not warning them of the TM issue (even if it is very obvious).

I say delete or drop it, don't park or try to monetize...
