Eyesdirectory.co.uk was setup in 2003, as a villa rental site for property owners. In that time I was doing everything by hand. Since last year I have been investing in a new system called EyesPortal. It’s a custom-made villa rental system coded especially for my needs and my requirements as a villa rental site.

All the content has 100% quality content. All properties are owned by the property owners and they submit them themselves, using an advanced plug-in called APA (Advertisers Private Area) Which is also custom built for my villa rental system. The APA contains villa owner information (not disclosed to public), properties advertised, which are active, non-active. Also edit, add and delete instantly.

The admin area is also custom coded. The admin area has everything that you will be needing to manage the site. Check on members, properties, property owners, news, statistics and more!

The site is basically complete. All you would have to do is spend the money on advertising and marketing the site. As people will know, the holiday rentals market is massive and most people charge £100-150+ to advertise on these types of sites. If you charge £40 and have 1000 properties advertised that’s £40,000 revenue per year. The site currently has a good amount of properties online, around 150, plus 150 members.

So then, how much do you think i would be able to sell it for?

well, i would say its atleast low xxxx . with the custom script / layout and traffic, you should get enough income using adsense. make profit from that and you can sell for atleast 2k.

Thanks for these, Oblivion your right, thats the one problem with the site. When i chose the domain name i just had my own vision of a travel company in mind, unfortunately i should have included something to do with villas, or rentals.
