I am about to start a project which I need a website developer/programmer. I'll tell you what I can, please message me about specific details of this project.

I have a unique proprietary idea and am seeking a website similar to airbnb where property owners make profiles; they can post properties for rent and potential renters can also develop user profiles. There must be a calendar feature showing when a given property is available to rent and there must be a payment system for booking properties. I would like renters as well as property owners to leave feedback on transactions with each-other. I would like there to be a search feature where potential renters could look up properties based on zip code as well as a map based search. I know at this point you're thinking this is going to be exactly like airbnb but it couldn't be further from the truth, I just need the same features available.

As the programmer for this project you would develop my custom website in it's entirety.

I am willing to either work with you as partner on this business, or, if you prefer, we can negotiate a price where you'll develop the site and I will retain all equity in the business.

You know how when you think back on ebay and facebook, in retrospect they seem like common sense? That's exactly what everyone is going to think once this is developed.

Please provide a portfolio of your work, as extensive programming and features will be required.
