Picture will not add to my profile?????

Tried to add a picture to profile, but it's not showing up? Any help would be great. I have it uploaded and it's in my account, but it just does not show up on my post's?????

You added a profile picture instead of an avatar. Profile pictures will show up on your NP profile page,

Man it's hard to find a picture that you can scale down to 70 x 70, but I got one in.
