Error message - Please advise...

I noticed that my profile image is no longer ON my profile...

I've tried several times just now to re-add it...

and keep getting an error message that it's the wrong extension...

I tried renaming it and re-uploading it and nothing is working...

can someone get the image and put it on my profile ??
