Photoshop in a domain TM issues?

I am thinking of buying a domain with the name photoshop in it. It does not compete with adobe, in fact, it promotes the software via online contests, etc.
Possible TM issues?

EDIT: I was just going to leave my one word answer (since he only asked a yes or no quesiton). Please do a search of "TM" or "trademark" in this forum. Please spend about 3 days reading every post about it. Most everything has been covered about TMs.

They like photoshop fan forums etc. as it just brings in more users etc.

really depends, they also like tutorials and at one point featured them

A site with online contests should be fine

Could check with them? find an email or something..

I agree, you should only get problems if you are using to advertise another imaging product, or are attempting to do damage to their trademark

is photoshop one of your products or do you own it? if yes then go for it, if no and it's not photoshop related then no, adobe might sue you or maybe not, it's best to be safe.

There are trademark issues. Photoshop is a trademark of Adobe so there will always be potential trademark issues. However, Adobe has historitally not had a problem with Photoshop fan sites like photoshopgurus.com, so it would probably be odd for them to start sending out C&Ds now.

But the short answer is: yes, there are potential trademark issues.
