Possible TM issues?

Need information related to the following domain name:

freeplaystation . com

I do not want to buy it, it is available for register at any registrar and standard price.
My question is, does names like these have TM issues ? It would be a great seo domain in my opinion, especially if you really make a contest and offer a playstation for free.

I would stay away.
Nonetheless, some companies sometimes allow affiliates to use their brands in domain names, within certain guidelines. So you might want to check if your planned usage could fit in. Maybe just asking for written permission can clear the way sometimes, you never know.

But indeed there are TM issues that are quite obvious.

I thought so as well, that is why I was amazed it was still available to register.
