advice Phenyl.org - Offer from SH buyer 250$

Hey guys, I got an offer for the domain I mentioned above.

I rejected it, made a counter offer because this name "standalone", has a very powerful meaning, even though its TLD: org


He did not respond, time was up, now im thinking to give this domain for 250$; what do you guys think?

Edit: I made an mistake an accepted the 250$; it EXPIRED. And now its suddenly marked as sold.
But since the offer expired, i will definitely not sell it anymore.
