question Pheenix Whois Privacy

A domain of mine at Pheenix got expired and was removed from my account 2 months back. Been off domaining for a while and I just happened to notice this now. I want it back, even if with a redemption fee, but the name is under pheenix whois privacy.

Wrote to pheenix support, they respond it was sold. Now the name doesn't resolve, the nameserver is still NS1.YOUR-DOMAIN-HAS-EXPIRED.COM that makes me believe it's still at Pheenix. And it's not listed in any of marketplace either.

I tried mailing the whoisprivacy email but it doesn't seem like it's delivered. I have also mailed Tan Tran seeking help.

What's my best bet to uncover the present owner's name if the information is denied by the Pheenix guys?

In a fix, can anyone help?
