for the ones who are asking me why is it $xxxxx... for sure?
I wanna tell Icann recently Introduced .per.TLD domains (I don remember the country but i know its introduced)
Like ebiz.tw, com.vg,org.in
.per is for Personal sites.
I catched this Gem for Personal Business Sites.
Now i plan to sell/Rent Subdomains
google.per.bz lol.

of course if you develop it as you said, then only profit will determine it's value...
