Hi everyone,

I heard of dropcatch being one of the best sites to use in order to pick up dropped domains. I found one yesterday and backordered it, which dropped today, was excited and hoping to pick it up. I received an email from dropcatch an hour ago telling me that they missed it!

My question is, did another regisrar get it before dropcatch? What approach can I use to increase my odds and chances of picking up a dropped name? Should I have backordered it on multiple sites? If so, which sites do you recommend in addition to dropcatch which give the best odds at acquiring the domain?

Drop catching services are virtually worthless if the domain is at all decent.

It's probably at GoDaddy auctions, namejet, snapnames, etc.
