question PSI-Japan Dropcatching service?

Yesterday I was waiting for the domain T/r/i/l/o/g/i/e dot com to drop and had it backordered with all the main players.

The domain dropped and was caught by PSI-Japan. I would have thought that the above domain would have been caught at either Snapnames or Dropcatch and gone to auction.

Has anyone ever heard of these guys or even used them before?

Looks like they catch for DOMCOLLECT.COM, they sell for cheap usually. But Maybe not.
