Paypal is not available in my country. I want to know that Can I still open an account with paypal by selecting any country from the list?

I know that I will not be able to receive money in bank but can I do online transactions? I have seen many people doing the same thing.

Yes, I think you can. But you can't add funds to your account or request a check from them so it's useless that way.

They can check your ip for your location. You should use a proxy for that.

Beware your account may be closed due to the violation of their rules.

I have Paypal... My country is Lithuania.. BUT!! Members in Anguilla, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, the Slovak Republic,
Slovenia, and South Africa may not use PayPal to receive payments, but only send payments. The PayPal system requires certain criteria be met to fully utilize their system, however this is not a reflection of the customer.
