Where do you host your sites advertising gambling? Are you doing it legally?
I am looking for a country, where I can legally host a site advertising internet casinos and poker rooms. I would like to advertise worldwide gambling operators, but usually it is allowed to advertise only these gambling operators that are located in (or licensed by) particular country.
Is there any country, that dose not use such restrictions and allow to advertise gambling even, if the company is not located in or licensed by this country?
How to choose the best country for hosting site advertising gambling?

Aren't the USA one of the few countries that actually ban online gambling? If so then you shouldn't have a problem getting a server in europe....

Unfortunately no. There are many restrictions like in UK, that you can advertise gambling, but only these operators that are based in EU or licensed by EU. There are many countries where gambling is allowed, but advertising it is prohibited. Stupid?! – but it is true.
However I hope there are countries, where it is allowed to advertise international gambling operators. But what are these countries?

Get a server in the US. It's technically not illegal to gamble online, its just illegal for banks to allow you to fund gambling accounts. Many people aren't very knowledgable about the new law, but it in fact does not make gambling online illegal... The issue of online gambling is a huge grey area, there was a law written many many years ago in regards to online gambling, but it's ambigious at best and has never been decided one way or the other.

As far as merely advertising for gambling sites... That would be perfectly legal.
