discuss PayPal chargeback ? Help me

Hi,

i am new member i did make deal with one person on namepros for 9 LLLL.net
He wants no change domain's who is information and i accepted. That is first transaction!

Than that is deal:

1. If i am a new member, buyer dont trust me. So, He/She wanted to push my domain first.
2. I said ; dont worry paypal have a 'buyer protection' .. Why we need this? Or I have a choice for him/her: If u want we can half by half . For example; I pushed 5 domain first, than pay half money. And than still go the another half.
3. He/she said : OK.
4. I pushed 5 domain and waited 15min. He/She said : there was a problem, paypal's problem.
5. I was waiting..
6. He/She sent money (half money) after 5 min. Money was held by paypal..
7. In 5 min, I pushed other 4 domains, and I wanted another half payment.
8. First half payment was held, I think he/she did charge back.
Second half payment, not paid!! buyer said to me; there was a problem again about paypal..
9. 5 hours past ... He/she tells me to he/she is trying to pay money. .
10.I asked him returns domains back, until he solves problem..
11. He doesnt return my domains , and doesnt accept this..


My domains are gone, and I have no money for this...
What to do now???

These transactions done on mutual belief. You please ask the buyer again for the payment. Or tell the buyer to use sedo escrow or flippa escrow.

Yes, but there is no guarantee that you will get the names back. You submit your proof, etc., but you are not guaranteed to get the names back. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Their decisions are not always in your favor.

If the deal was made on private message, contact a moderator so he can check it out and take action against the member who took advantage of you.

He now paid the money by saying he solved the problem with paypal. But i am not sure, if he was genuin from begining. So matter is closed now. Thank you for all now..

The fact that you are a newbie does not mean you allow buyers take advantage of you like that. You are lucky you got paid. There may never be a next time. Always insist that your buyers pay you first before pushing.
