I am having a problem getting a Chinese buyer to send funds to me, he told me to use www.alipay.com that this is what they use in China and I linked him to Paypal and said he can make it show in Chinese and he said: I can not for my account the money Below is rushing provided by paypal.com... I have been using Google Translator to make this sale happen (he emailed me) and I just need to know how he can send funds to my paypal??

No, I don't (for this very reason) but I get semi-regular inquiries from them about nnnn.com's I have.
They sure do love numbers...
