Partnerships and Domaining

I am new to the domain business. I have made a few sites in my day and have flipped a few domains. However, with my current day job I find myself on the outside looking in. The new Google update ruined my niche sites and I have lost touch on how to develop a site for a flip.

Does anyone have any experience with fellow domainers in terms of partnering and working together to develop a website/domain and flipping?

Essentially, I have the funds for a venture but don't have the know how to execute it.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
