Partner for Development of UNIX / LINUX Forum

I have acquired a PR4 domain that I am going to develop into a UNIX / Linux forum. The name is very niche specific, and has a history of similar content (although it has not to the best of my knowledge been a forum in the past). I am looking for a partner or partners with an interest in all things UNIX / Linux to participate in the creation, development, and ultimate monetization of the forum. I am neither a vBulletin or PHPBB expert, nor am I certain which would be best suited to this project. I am open to suggestions on all fronts, and would look to your collective expertise for direction.

If you have experience modding on either platform, have a passion for *NIX, and would like to become a % revenue-share partner in this effort, please PM me with your background and interest level.

I will provide all hosting and license fees as appropriate unless someone expresses an interest in sharing the cost of a vBulletin license.

A brief update on the project, I have the vBulletin license, and the forum is online (still under construction, but online nonetheless). I am still looking for anyone interested in Admin or Mod participation, and am looking to share in potential recurring revenue assuming all goes as planned. I fully realize that potential is not a quantifiable value, but it is all I have at this point.

Just a quick update to let everyone know that we are still actively seeking individuals with an interest in Unix & Linux to participate as either mods or full admins on our forum (see original post below). It is a great opportunity to build something from the ground up.
