Site Partner Wanted

I am looking for a partner to team up with and make a great forum. No domain yet because I need some ideas for it. Domain cost is under 10.00, which I will take care of also.

All you have to do is be active and help with getting members. You may have to install mods and themes also. The only thing I don't do is graphics. So if you did, that would be great.

Types of forum I don't really want:
1 - Promotion
2 - Everyday Forum (General)
3 - Classifieds
4 - Hosting (Free or Paid)
5 - Porn or Warez Sites
6 - Webmaster
7 - File Sharing Type Sites

Like to stay away from gaming sites also. Unless the idea is killer!

All I am looking for is your ideas and some of your time. If the site make any cash at all, it is 50/50 paid by Paypal.

I am going to let this topic run for a few days or so. I want to hear different ideas and hear as many as possible.

Also please tell me about you when PMing me. Like age, location, past forum work, and so on. I just want to know a little about you. And you may ask me anything if you like too.
