Partner / Business Manager (Web hosting)

Hey There,

I've currently got a lot on my plate and have neglected some projects after putting quite a lot of money into them.

I have:
- Branding / Name
- Full website
- Support resources
- Infrastructure
- Licenses
- Marketing Budget
- Company Registered, phone, address etc etc.
- Virtual Assistants who can be tasked to do jobs

What I need:
- An enthusiastic individual who wants to get digging into the business and doing some advertising posts / give ideas of how to gain new business and implement.
- Has a decent background in web hosting and knows the dance
- Is truthworth and although is not around 24/7 can allocate time to the project.
- A background in advertising, SEO or affiliate marketing would be good.
- Someone who wants to be given a chance doing something great by using my $'ers

What I'm offering
- Some pay starting out
- Increasing % of ownership based on work done and success

What I'm not looking for:
- Not looking for someone who wants to come into a ready made company and sit there earning money
- Someone who talks a good game but doesn't deliver
- Promises being broken / commitments being let down.
