Just signed up, CTR looking good - no revenue back yet as not updated.

Anyone have any experience with them - how do they perform & has anyone had a payment from them (on time)?

Edit: Thought I'd change the title of the thread as it seems to have become popular.

@varunsash No I guess just the clicks are fully improted, but the uniques are an hour or 2 behind.

Hi Guys,

indeed looks like the clicks were up to date earlier than the uniques as the number of uniques to be reimported was bigger than the number of clicks.

we are unfortunately experiencing a very severe DDOS that is causing issues at the upstream level. Tech and the upstream are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly. As usual, we will make sure to apply a generous compensation to all accounts.

i've around the 20% of the usually traffic missing

parking companies get hit by DDOS attacks almost daily. While most attacks are mitigated by complex software/hardware solutions, certain attacks recently were big enough to take down entire datacentres or upstream connections causing downtimes for entire areas and not just us. It is an arms race that we are fighting here. As usual, we are making sure that our customers are not the ones bearing the costs and thus always more than compensate you for any downtimes. Rest assured that we hate those attacks even more than you do :)

May was terrible .
Day by day DDOS attacks. Big loss in clicks and revenue.
During May I have added more than 50 domains to my account. Traffic increased but clicks went down. Even old domains lost a lot of clicks with the same or even more traffic amount. How can it be possible ?
In Compare menu I see that in May there is 13% revenue drop comparing to April.
After all your glitches and DDOS and delayed stats I lost a lot of clicks/revenue.
Looks like while you were fighting against DDDOS you filtered out a lot of clicks.
And your compensation comparing to my clicks/revenue loss is nothing.

I emailed you but you didn't answer.

Keepsmile, could you pm me your username and forward the unanswered mail to me? I am not aware of any open support tickets at this point. I would also need your username to be able to look into your account in particular. In general, May is the start of summer for most countries so people spend a bit less time online and more time outside in the sun. May is also a big holiday month with several long weekends and public holidays in Europe as well as memorial day in the US. During holidays and long weekends, traffic, clicks and revenues are always down as people travel. I would be happy to look into your account in detail once I know your username.

Please do not mix it altogether .

Because in my post I wrote about CLICKS/REVENUE.
As for traffic , in May I received more traffic and less clicks/revenue.
Even old domains in my account lost their clicks.

my apologies, I just saw your support ticket.

I did a detailed analysis (April vs. May) for your account and almost the entire drop in revenue comes from one education related domain. I took a detailed look at this domain and it looks like it is getting 90+% of its traffic from another (non education related) domain that is being redirected to this one. While in the past the accidental clicks from this domain seem to have generated substantial revenues, in May the domain got seriously smartpriced and punished by the advertisers, as apparently these clicks didn't convert for them. I will email you the domain in question as well as the domain being redirected to it so you can investigate this.

I hope this makes sense.
